smart-trike zoo review and giveaway

I love 2 in 1, 3 in 1, 4 in 1 type products. The more product I get without buying a ton of things is great in my book. I think the folks at Smart-Trike know this because they have some of the coolest tricycles around.

I was sent the Zoo model to review and let me tell you, this 3-1 tricyle is so fun. Smart-Trike is the world leader in the tricycle field and provides smart innovative solutions to all cycling stages: babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.
Smart-Trike products are convertible, multifunctional and grow with the child from 6 & 10 months to 36 months and up. They put an emphasis on comfort for both the parent and the child.

As your child gets older the Zoo (and their other models) adapt and "grow" with your child with lots of different attachable and detachable features!

Currently Kendall is in the first stage so we have the safety bar on, non-slip pedals locked and the high adjustable telescopic, handle attached. There is also a long padded cover (which is washable I might add!) and 5 point harness seat belt to keep her comfortable and safe.

If you notice in the picture, the handle goes low enough (level with the UV canopy) for Makenna. She loves doing all she can for Kendall but other strollers are either too heavy for her to push or the handles are too high and she can't see over or around to push in a nice straight line.

When I'm pushing I bring the handle all the way up to a comfortable position. I believe there are 4 or even 5 positions you can place the handle bar!

The Zoo has a lot of features that include an adjustable seat, anti-roll over/storage bucket on the back, foot rest for smaller children and non-slip pedals for older toddlers, metal bike frame, and plus rubber wheels for a smooth ride. The Smart-Trike Zoo also is complete with a parent bag with fun prints. I like the storage but I do wish the zipper opening was a bit bigger. It is sometimes hard to get things in and out with my hands so Makenna has to help me.



The next stage for Kendall is 15 months where the protective bars come off and seat back can be taken off and then at 24 months the parent steering handle and foot rest can be taken off so your toddler can ride around on their own!

As I said before, I love products that have everything you need so I am not cluttering up the garage with things that can only be used once. This 3 in 1 tricycle will be in our house for a long time and will get a lot of use out of and I love that.
