I LOVE to bake and cook so when I found Coffee Cup Creations I was thrilled. Why dirty a bunch of bowls and pans just to end up making a huge cake especially if you're only baking for yourself or just 1 other person.
Once you pick out your favorite coffee cup you then pick out a bread, cake or even soup mix to bake right in your coffee cup!

I reviewed the Banana Chocolate Chip Bread mix in the very pretty Earthy Flowers Cup!
When I received the well protected package in the mail I saw that inside the cup was a baggie filled the bread mix and a separate baggie filled with chocolate chips for drizzling over the top of the bread once finished!


The instructions on mixing and baking were very simple to follow (you get a card telling you how to mix everything and the extra ingredients you need). Once mixed you can bake your cake/bread in the cup provided as I said, which makes the perfect amount for 2 people and not to mention clean-up is easy once you finish eating whatever it is you baked!


Everything turned out great for my bread.. the only problem I had was that I forgot that I needed a banana for my yes, banana bread. I have no idea what I was thinking but I totally spaced it. The bread still came out tasting yummy but I'm sure it would have been a million times better had I remembered the key ingredient!


Currently there are 8 different coffee cups to choose from which makes the selection process a little hard since all of them are so pretty. Once you have your cup you can purchase extra mixes that serve 2 people!
You can make their Magic Mocha Pudding, Pumpkin Bread, Carrot Cake, Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies, Chocolate Chip Cake, and the very yummy Banana Chocolate Chip Bread that I reviewed! For a cold night, if your sick or just because Coffee Cup Creations also has two soup choice mixes: Clam Chowder, & Creamy Potato Bacon!

Coffee cups are $9.95 & mixes $4.95-$6.95
