**CLOSED**
A Thank You to Daddy Scrubs & to all of you wonderful readers who entered! :)
---------------------
Most of the time when mom-to-be is pregnant and goes into the hospital to have that precious baby, Dad is usually kind of left out! Daddy Scrubs created a neat idea to help daddy feel special and maybe a bit more involved in the birth of his new baby as well!
Daddy Scrubs offers t-shirts, scrubs and accessories for that new Daddy! When the new daddy is wearing his shirt or scrubs you better believe everyone will know he's a daddy now and he will get a ton of "congratulations" from anyone and everyone in the hospital.
And the accesories are cute too! A coffee mug or a license plate cover! Too cute!
**A bit about Daddy Scrubs (taken off their site)**:
DaddyScrubs™ is the offspring of Robert Nickell, who fathered his first four children more than 20 years ago. DaddyScrubs™ was conceived when Robert, who remarried in 2007, discovered he was about to be a father all over again in the fall of 2009!
Not wanting to endure the pains of wearing uncomfortable street clothes while comforting his laboring wife, Robert hatched the idea of creating doctor-like scrubs for himself. It seemed a natural thing for him to do — since Robert is a pharmacist by profession.
To eliminate the confusion between “who’s the doctor” and “who’s the daddy,” Robert fashioned the concept of “I’m The Daddy™” medical scrubs.
John was sent the "Edgy" t-shirt in White. We received the shirt when I was just about 6 months pregnant if I remember correctly but he still had to put it on and sport it around the house for the day. When I packed my hospital bag it was definitely something we did not forget to pack and after a few hours into labor he changed into the shirt and everyone of the nurses just went nuts on how cute his shirt was.
The following 2 days in the hospital were about me and Kendall, yes, but if John had to get something for me he would always come back telling me how many people walked by saying "congratulations" to him. When it was time to leave walking out of the hospital we had all eyes on us.
Besides me holding just the cutest baby in the world, John again kept hearing congratulations over and over again. Because of his "I'm the Daddy" shirt everyone knew he was a new daddy and he was so proud of it. He loved getting all the attention (even though he wont admit it, lol).
I definitely think Daddy Scrubs is a great gift for any expecting daddy!!
T-Shirts will run you $19.95 while scrubs are $39.95!
