It's so hard to find a mattress we like so we've been doing some matress find shopping ever since we found the new headboard we like. We figure if we're already changing one thing then we might as well get everything taken care of so we are not complaining later. Next to go will be the dresser and how we have our closet organized... or lack there of I should say.
So I love this one website I found since it helps you compare the different types of mattresses (coil, spring, temper material), how to pick a mattress and choose the right brand for you. It's been so helpful.
I think we're getting close to making a decision but definitely going down to the stores and testing out some of the different types and brands will help. I brought up a Sleep Number mattress because then we can both get what we want!
Now? Well now all we have to worry about is getting Kendall to sleep through the night every night, not just once in a while.
I hate "about me" sections. Who can honestly break down who they really are in 1 or two sentences.
I'm a junk food lover who is trying to say "no", I love to sing and dance. I am pretty shy and not really the talker of the group. I have two amazing daughters who I cannot get enough of... but I love "mommy time" alone. I'm now a stay-at-home-mom trying my best not to go crazy.

I think an important thing to consider when buying a new mattress is the fact that most are made with a ton of toxic fire retardant chemicals that have been linked to cancer, developmental problems (in children), and more. Wish organic mattresses were cheaper! But there is a reason they are priced the way they are, not cheap to source off-the-beaten-path non-synthetic materials.

Oh my gosh, I'm so glad you introduced me to this mattress find website. My husband and I want a new mattress too (we've had it almost 6 years) and we also like our bed firm! You'll have to update us on what you pick and how you like it. I'm so scared about buying a mattress because they can be so pricey and I have no idea how I'll know which one will last and hold up well for years to come! I'm scared! Ahh!
