Vincent Shoes are designed by two Swedish natives who have worked in various areas of the fashion world. There really is a REAL Vincent as well.
You can read the entire story on their site but I'll tell you a little bit now. Thomas and his partner Patrick wanted to get his newborn nephew a gift and thought shoes would be great but then he just couldn't find anything to suit their taste... soon they were designing their own line of shoes!

When getting involved with Vincent Shoes I didn't deal with Thomas or Patrick, no, but I dealt with someone who holds a VERY important role! You won't find much about him online, but Christer Berg is the exclusive U.S. distributor for the shoes, VincentShoeStore.us!
Christer launched Vincent in the U.S. September 2006. He is also Swedish, but has lived here for more than 10 years. In 2002, he and his wife launched Scandinavian Child, and began importing a variety of children’s goods such as Svan high chairs and bouncers, Cariboo bassinets and changing tables and Monarch nursery chairs.

Vincent is certainly affordable in comparison to other high quality shoes. I love buying Makenna nice shoes but competing brands exceed $100 a pair, and don’t even compare in level of design. Why would I spend that kind of money on shoes when my daughter's feet grow so fast at this age?!

Christer was kind enough to send us the "ELVIRA" shoes and matching "ELVIRA PURSE" for a review!!!

We received these just in time because Sunday was the next day and of course Makenna couldn't wait to wear them to church! I couldn't believe how well made and crafted the shoes were!! They fit perfectly so if your daughter is a 10 then order a 10.. no guessing with their sizing at all.
At first I was afraid the stones would fall off INSTANTLY (like I've experienced in the past...) but so far so good! She again wore these shoes for Easter and of course has to bring the purse every where we go. She finally as a "big girl purse like mommy"! The shoes look great with jeans as well because again, she wants to be just like mommy (pre-pregnancy! lol) and wear dressy shoes with her jeans.

I don't think I can say enough good things about Vincent Shoes to be honest! Great quality, well constructed and made, and I know they will last!
