A few days ago I told you all about the Cheerios sendCHEER campaign and how I was excited to be involved in it. And now I am excited to tell you how easy it is to be a part of this great cause especially so close to the holidays where many won't get to spend it with their families.
These specially marked plain Cheerios boxes are only found at a Walmart near you so many sure you go there to grab 1, 2, or even 12 boxes! I recently had to go grocery shopping so it was the perfect time to grab some Cheerios while I was at it. Kendall eats them almost 24/7 so I knew no matter how many boxes I bought the cereal definitely wouldn't go to waste.
I found a huge display of Cheerios with all the campaign details right on the side. I picked up TEN boxes! I'm going to send some of the post cards personally but also, I'll be giving the other boxes to neighbors and friends so I can tell them about this great campaign and get them involved.
After I finished my shopping (check out my Google+ Story Here!!) I went home and let Makenna write on a couple of the cards and I wrote my own messages. I can only image how amazing a "Thank You" must feel coming from random strangers around the country.
Please go out and grab some of these post card marked Cheerios so you can send some love and cheer to the people and families that fight for our country.

That is such a great idea. We don't usually buy Cheerios but I'll definitely look for these when I'm shopping this week.
I sent out our "Cheer" cards a few days ago. It was fun decorating them for the military families!
My husband loves Cheerios, so I'll be on the look-out for these boxes. What a great cause!
Cool campaign!
That's such a great campaign! &How awesome of you to buy 10 boxes :)
I love this campaign to help support our troops!
I love this campaign, and Cheerios!
this is an awesome campaign! Yet another reason to love Cheerios!
I thought this was a cute initiative. We did send a couple of them as well. :)
what a great concept! I know that sometimes adults have great intentions and don't always get things done they intend to, but what a great thing for kids to do. Improve on writing skills and LEARN how to send a REAL letter instead of a text or email. AND most importantly, to remember to thank others for the intangible "things" we are given every day...gifts of freedom and integrity!
