A Thank you to Sigma Makeup & to all of you wonderful readers who entered! :)

P.S: IF YOU LOVE Sigma Makeup THEN KEEP YOUR EYES PEALED BECAUSE WILL BE BE HAVING ANOTHER GIVEAWAY SOON!!! :)

---------------------

I love, love, love, makeup but without the right tools for the job it makes the application process very annoying and to me, I just would rather not deal with makeup when I have the wrong brushes.

I've tried out other companies (out of respect I will not name them) and although I love their makeup and (until now) it's the only makeup I wear but the brushes they make are just not the quality I would expect, especially for the money I paid for them.

I was given the opportunity to review the Professional Brushes Complete Kit from Sigma for almost 2 months now and they have definitely changed my life. I have to be honest, I had never heard of Sigma Makeup before I stumbled upon a review from another mommy blogger in early April. Now I'm glad I found the review and even more so glad I was introduced to their brand, brushes and makeup!

Like I said, I was sent their complete 12 brush kit to review. Each brush is specially made for a specific job but some can also do the job of other brushes as well.
My favorite brushes were by far the ss187, ss150, and ss239.

The ss187 or also known as the Duo Fibre Brush (the black & white one) is used to give you that 'airbrushed' finish we see when using liquid foundation. This can be used to apply blush and loose powders as well like a bronzer also. I usually just use my fingers to apply liquid... I know, I know... but I hated the brush I had! The ss187 is amazing and really does give you a light airbrushed look. It leaves your face looking smooth and not cakey.

The ss150 (Powder Brush. Thick black one, pictured above) has the perfect dense rounded tip to make application of blush and other powders look amazing. I also use this when applying powder on my neck and upper chest area and I love how blended it makes me look.

The ss239 is your Eye Shading Brush (2nd to last brush on the Right) that can be used with pressed or loose eye shadows. It's so soft but dense so if I want a more intense look this brush definitely helped achieve the look I want very easily.

Of course the other brushes are great but like I said, these would have to be my favorite and most used out of all 12. Being a professional makeup company I really expected their prices to be more upscale but I would say it's definitely affordable for the quality you receive.

Sigma also gives you video tutorials on how to use each and every brush, along with how to care and clean for your brushes so they last an extremely long time!
The great thing about Sigma is that they let you even purchase individual brushes so you can pick and choose your favorite ones without buying an entire kit.

I was also sent an eyeshadow called "Brown Sugar" which is a medium-dark brown with a hint of gold/glitter in it (in my opinion)! I pretty much use this every single day. I use it alone or shadow it with pink (I'm pretty much always wearing some form of pink eye shadow). It does not crease AT ALL and stays on the whole duration of the day!! I'm known for wearing my makeup to bed and even in the morning this eyeshadow is still perfectly placed on my eyelid, that's how great it is.

I would definitely recommend adding these brushes to your collection if you're looking for lasting, good quality brushes.
