Although it turns out we can't actually breastfeed I still use my Balboa Baby Nursing Pillow to feed Kendall. It makes holding her a ton easier on my arms and back.
Unlike other nursing pillows I've seen and used the Balboa Baby Nursing Pillow is the firmness and support it offers. Other pillows are nice but they are too soft and offer little support.

The contoured shape is great for around the front of your body or even the side (if you like the football hold). The outside of the pillow is slightly raised so your baby can roll towards you.
One of the things I like is the Nursing Pillow is easy to use without having complicated zippers, straps or buckles to figure out.
The cover is also 100% cotton machine washable so you dont have to worry about any special washing care for the pillow cover. With 5 different cover patternes you'll definitely one a print you like.
